  • Cabin Classes – passengers booking flights on Thai Airways have the option of Economy class, Premium Economy, First Class (Royal First) and Business Class (Royal Silk).
  • Baggage policy – each passenger is allowed to carry on one piece of hand luggage no more than 7kg. Checked-in baggage is limited to 23kg for Economy Class, 32kg for Business Class and 32kg for First Class. Extra baggage can be checked in at an additional cost.
  • Thai Airways Check-in Procedures – passengers flying with Thai Airways must check-in at the airport at least 1 hour prior to departure on domestic flights and 90 minutes prior to departure on international flights.   • Online check-in – passengers can also check in online. The online check-in system allows passengers to select their own seat, assign frequent flyer points to their booking and advise of any special meal requirements. Online check-ins require the passenger ID number, booking reference and last name and the facility is open from 24 hours to 1 hour prior to departure.
  • Travel documentation – local travellers must have their Identity Document present when boarding any flights operated by Thai Airways. Foreign travellers must carry their passports and relevant visas and travel documents.
  • In-Flight Entertainment and Comfort – all long-haul flights include on board entertainment via the THAI Sky Connect system which offers the latest movies, TV series, documentaries, music, radio stations and more. A variety of languages are available. Authentic Thai cuisine and international dishes are served on board at no additional cost. Wi-Fi is available on board as well as device charging points.
